I spent nine years on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps before trading one kind of discipline for another: writing Swift. These days I build iOS, iPadOS, and macOS apps with SwiftUI, and I run a small veteran-owned studio where they live.
That studio is Semper Phoenix — home of What's Due, Just Hangman, and SMAQ. If you're curious what I make, start there.
Away from the keyboard you'll find me training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which teaches the same lesson as shipping software: show up, stay humble, keep going.
